TRUBNIK HOTEL / DONETSK REGION

Hotel «Trubnik» is owned by the Open Joint Stock Company «The Kharzysk Pipe Works».

The hotel is located in the city of Kharzysk, about 30 km far away from Donetsk city.

After the completion of reconstruction works the hotel was opened 2007.

The hotel is a three-stored building. Reception, management office, buffet are located on the 1^st floor.

On the 2^nd floor there are 2room suites (7 single and 4 twins). On the 3^rd floor there are standard rooms: 10 single and 11 twins. Total number of hotel rooms: 32 ( up to 47 guests).

All the hotel rooms are to a very pleasant 1 Star EU Standards.

All the hotel rooms are outfitted with TV, telephone, a refrigerator, bathroom.

There is constant cold- and hot-water supply in the hotel. Room service works around the clock.

Secure car parking, laundry and buffet are at Your disposal.

The hotel offers  to its guests high quality hotel services and shows itself of good advantage.

DONETSK MINI-HOTEL 2012

The hotel is located 1,5 km far from Donetsk city centre. The suites of the
hotel have a view of DONBASS ARENA. It will take 10 minutes to get Donbass
Arena Stadion by walking.

The hotel disposes of 9 DBL and 1 TRPL. Double rooms if needed can be
equipped with one double bed or two separate beds. The 2-room TRPL can be
also equipped with additional sleeping places at your choice. All suites
have separate bathroom equipped with shower cabin or bath with hand-shower.

The suites also have conditioner, TV, kettle, writing table, free Wi-Fi.

DONETSK CAMPING PARK

«Camping Park 2012”  is a unique project that will run during the EURO 2012 in Donetsk.  This is the place where will be placed football fans from all around the world. Here in the 17.5 hectare (entry to Donetsk on the south side), where will be place for 3,000 people.

Here will be posted specialized tents, are made of waterproof fabric with the use of mosquito nets. Each tent is divided into 4 sections with separate entrances, each room have 3 beds. Bed linen is included in the price. The park will be equipped numerous showers and toilets, sinks, fast-foods. For safety and health of visitors will work security service, luggage rooms, medical service and information centers. Also guests will have opportunities to change money, make deposit to the account of them mobile phones and buy sim-cards. Additional service: fans, heaters, extra lighting.

We took care about rest and leisure of our guests. It’s planned to organize sports competitions in football, basketball and volleyball, to organizing tours around Donetsk and region with help own tour office. Famous DJ`s will perform in the evenings.

Also, there will be a place for owners of tents, campervans and bikes. In short, the staff of “Camping Park 2012″ will do everything for guests comfort.

Yearly Check:  100% of the cost for the accommodation per 1 night.

Late check-out: (since 14:00 till 18:00):  50% of the cost for the accommodation per 1 night.

The next 30% should be paid not later than May 31, 2012.
Final payment before July 5, 2012.

Cancellation:

·       Before 01.03.2012g. – 20% of the cost (the cost is determined on the date of booking) for the duration of your stay (booking);

·       Before 01.05.2012g. – 40% of the cost (the cost is determined on the date of booking) for the duration of your stay (booking);

·       Since 01.05.2012 and in the case of no show  - 100% of the cost of accommodation (the cost is determined on the date of booking).
