EXCURSION TO ARTYOMOVSK SPARKLING WINERY

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Artyomovsk sparkling winery, one of the European's largest in producing champagne in a traditional bottle technology, is an enterprise where the whole production cycle is concentrated underground at the depth of 70 m in a special microclimate of abandoned alabaster adits. Champagne is produced out of the best Crimean grapes and has absorbed the sunlight of the Crimea

- the south of the Ukraine.

The conditions of the gypsum mines are ideal for sparkling wine compared to none in Ukraine.

During touring you have a nice opportunity to walk along the underground tunnels of winery followed by English (German, French) - speaking guide, to get to know  the best traditions of of Artyomovsk wine-makers and to taste about 7 sorts of sparkling wines ( approximately 1 bottle champagne per person).

The French technology of assemblage, coupage, remuage and the high skill of French wine-makers present the most refined (the finest) champagne to the world.

Our Artemovsk' champagne has its own unique taste.

The following sorts of champagne wines are offered for tasting:

сoupage white & red, white brut, sec, demi-sec, demi-sweet red.

Chips, cheese and crackers are served as snacks.

Working hours for excursion: since Monday till Thursday: 10a.m. - 2p.m.

on Fridays: 10a.m. - 1p.m.

Duration: 2 - 2,5 hours

Terms for reservation: 5 days before starting

Price: 1 - 10 pax: ˆ 150 total

10 - 25 pax: ˆ 20 per person

The cost includes: entrance & reservation fee, Russian-speaking guide's services, champagne tasting.

Transport services from/to Donetsk & interpreter's services is a supplement (on request).
